Send  Johanna an email   (Johanna@ashfieldstone.com)  with your counter plans to get an estimate for fabrication.

Here’s what we will need:

• good measurements of counter top areas, including which edges are to be finished
•  back splash?  at what height (standard is 4″) at which locations on the plan?
•  under mount or drop in sink?
•  particular stone or finish that appeals to you? (If you would like to see price options for different stones and/or finishes we can accommodate that as well).
• We will price stone and fabrication only, we don’t do templates or installation.  We would be glad to forward your information to our recommended installer so he can price that portion of the job for you.  In addition to the plans he will need job location to determine travel and delivery costs. He will be in touch with you if he needs more information.  We will sell slabs to your local fabricator, if that makes more sense.

After receiving an estimate from us , please consider a  visit to see slabs in person- give us a call for an appointment.   We are here weekdays 7:30a.m. – 4:00p.m. and will consider evening and weekend morning appointments if that is all your schedule will allow.

We take a 50% deposit based on the estimate at the time templates are provided and this secures your position in queue.  Lead time will vary depending on the amount of jobs in queue.  Check with us for specifics at the time of your job.  The balance based on actual templates will be due at installation.  The installer should discuss sealing options and counter maintenance with you at installation.  All that is left to do after counters are installed is to enjoy the beauty that was hundreds of millions of years in the making!
